Sorry to be blunt, but yesterday I had to remove a bagged package from UNDER the noticeboard in Buttermarket. A empty, clean waste bin was 20 paces away. Unbelievable. Other residents have noticed an increase in dog faeces around Poundbury. The culprit will not be reading this, however this behaviour will not be tolerated and the dog-warden will be advised. Prevention will be by other residents providing place/time date and descriptions plus, even better a photo. All dog walkers I have seen are fastidious in cleaning up, and would be equally annoyed at this behavior by a small minority.
