At last! WIFI in SW Sector

At long last Superfast Fibre broadband is now available from Cabinet 103 in Corston Street. BT is already taking orders, with service up to 71-73 Mbps being promised for delivery within 10 days or so. Similar offerings may also be available from other Internet Service Providers.

Thanks to the persistence of Trevor Craven and others who have battled for years to correct this outrageous anomaly. There really is a green box in position.

No, this is not acceptable!

All Poundbury property owners are bound by covenants and stipulations as part of the purchasing agreement. This is to protect our close living spaces and keep the development looking smart. It is not permitted to change the external colour of any property without the permission of the Duchy of Cornwall. This of course includes changing a colour theme in a courtyard. A range of legal actions is available to the Duchy, MANCO or other owners. Some unauthorised changes will render your property unsaleable without return to original planned status. ( Please read Stipulation 1 in this website, and in your documentation)

If there are any questions please contact Camm L.S Manners at the Duchy Offices.

Residents – External Works, Scaffolding & Skips!

Attention! If you are thinking of doing any work to your property involving scaffolding or skip hire, put a note into the “General Tab” on this website stating which property is involved and we will advise who and what permissions are needed.
